The families and advisors we serve say it better than we ever could. A deeper archive of client stories moves over from our current site as part of this rebuild.
“We feel fortunate to have found this firm. They took the time to understand our family before they ever talked about documents.”
“A genuinely good experience from start to finish. They made a hard subject feel manageable and even hopeful.”
“They walked us through everything at our pace, and never once made us feel rushed or talked down to. Our family finally has peace of mind.”
“As a financial advisor, I refer clients to this firm without a second thought. My clients come back and thank me for the introduction.”

The families behind these words
Every photograph in this film was taken at our annual client meeting: the room, the conversations, the families we have looked after for years. A short, silent look at that afternoon.

What clients say, and what it is like
What families tell us afterward, and the questions people ask before they become clients.
What do clients say working with the firm is like?
The comment we hear most is that the first meeting was not what they expected, because it was about their family rather than about documents. Families tell us the relief is less about the paperwork and more about finally knowing that someone will pick up the phone when the plan is needed.
Can I speak with a current client before deciding?
We take client confidentiality seriously, so we do not hand out clients' names. What we can do is answer any question you have directly on a Right Fit Call, including the uncomfortable ones about cost, process and what happens if you are unhappy.
What happens if we are not satisfied with our plan?
Tell us. A plan that does not sit right with the family it was built for is not finished, and the maintenance relationship exists precisely so a plan can keep being adjusted rather than being right once and then abandoned.
Do you help the family after someone dies, or only before?
Both, and the second half is the part most firms leave out. When your plan is needed we guide your family through settling it correctly, which is the third step of our approach. A plan that no one is left to administer properly is only half a plan.
