Financial advisors first, and alongside them CPAs, bankers, and life-insurance professionals across Oklahoma, trust us with the families they have spent years serving. We are built to be the estate-planning arm of your practice, coordinated, communicative, and protective of the relationship you have earned.
A referral you can stand behind
We plan with you, not around you
Your client stays your client. We are the estate-planning specialist on your team, coordinating with you and their CPA so the whole plan holds together.
We protect your relationship
A referral is a piece of your reputation. We treat it that way, with responsive communication, careful work, and a client who thanks you for the introduction.
We handle the complexity
Trusts, business succession, mineral interests, Medicaid planning, the technical work your clients need but you should not have to carry. Mitch Janik is licensed in both Oklahoma and Texas.
We make you look good
Co-hosted workshops, quarterly planning briefings, and educational resources you can bring to your best clients. Wholesale marketing, the way the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys teaches it.
A referral is a piece of your reputation. We treat it that way.
Working with Estate Planners for Life

Let's build something for your clients
Whether it is a single referral, a co-hosted workshop for your book, or a standing quarterly briefing, we would welcome the conversation. Tell us about your practice and the families you serve, and we will show you how we work.

For financial advisors, CPAs and insurance professionals
How we work alongside the professionals who already know your client's situation.
Will you take my client relationship?
No. We do not sell investments, insurance or tax preparation, and we have no interest in your seat at the table. Estate planning is all we do, which is precisely why the arrangement works: you keep the relationship, and your client gets legal work you did not have to underwrite personally.
How do you keep the advisor in the loop?
By design, not by exception. With your client's permission we include you in the planning conversation, share the structure we are building and why, and come back to you when a decision touches the portfolio, the policy or the tax picture. A plan drafted in isolation from the advisor is one of the more reliable ways to break both.
What kinds of clients should an advisor refer?
The ones where the legal structure is doing real work: a business owner with no succession plan, a family with land or mineral interests, a blended family, a client facing long-term care costs, or a client whose documents predate a major life change. Also any client whose beneficiary designations no longer match their intentions, because that mismatch quietly overrides a will.
Do you support advisors with client education?
Yes. We regularly co-host planning sessions with financial professionals across the Oklahoma City metro, and advisors are welcome at our own workshops. If you would rather bring the education to your clients than send them out to find it, that is a conversation worth having.
Are you licensed outside Oklahoma?
We are licensed in Oklahoma and Texas. If a client owns property in another state, say so early, because out-of-state real estate is one of the most common reasons a family ends up in a second probate in a second state, and it is usually straightforward to plan around.
