RecurrinG Payment

About Recurring ACH Payments: This option is to authorize an annual recurring charge to your checking/savings account for your Cain, Cain & Janik, Estate Planners for Life™ Program annual membership dues.  Each year your checking/savings account will be charged on or about December 15th.  In the event that December 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, you understand that the payment may be executed on the preceding business day.  You will agree that no prior notification will be provided to you unless the date or annual amount changes. You may cancel the recurring payment option at any time by contacting us prior to December 1st on the year you wish to cancel the recurring payment.

One-Time Payment

 About One-Time ACH Payments: This option will authorize a one-time charge to your checking/savings account for your Cain, Cain & Janik, Estate Planners for Life™ Program annual membership dues.
